The thesis is based on the theory of administrative law, local and foreign laws and practical achievements of public administration entities. There are new scientific problem solving of development administrative tools in the administrative and legal regulation of construction. It has been formed the concept and the content of the administrative and legal regulation of construction. It has been revealed that features of legal regulation of construction is social is importance that effect on the interests of all people. As a result, none of the citizens can exist without objects construction projects. It has been found that the content of the administrative and legal regulation of construction includes rules of administrative law. It has been expanded administrative and legal status of public administration which performing administrative regulation of construction in Ukraine.
