Kichmarenko S. The administrative and legal ensuring of the judiciary independence in Ukraine

The thesis is based on the theory of administrative law, local and foreign laws and practical achievements of public administration entities. There are new scientific problem solving of development administrative tools in the administrative and legal regulation of the judiciary independence of in Ukraine. In the thesis formed the concept and content providing administrative independence of the judiciary in Ukraine and disclosed administrative status of entities that infringe on the independence of the judiciary and clarified the principles of public administration in this area. It has been classified subjects of encroaching on the independence of the judiciary and disclosed forms administrative action to ensure the independence of the judiciary and administrative methods.
