Grygoryeva S. Formation of the basis of the structural policy of the industrial sector of Ukraine

Object - the process of development of the structural policy of the industrial sector of Ukraine. The goal is to substantiate the scientific and methodological foundations of the formation of structural policy in the industrial sector of Ukraine on the basis of integrating its technological and institutional aspects and forming the potential of Ukraine's modernization integration. Research methods - general scientific methods of cognition: historical and logical analysis and synthesis, system approach, generalization. The dialectical methodology of investigating the objectively dual nature of economic processes and, accordingly, the dual nature of conscious activity was used. Theoretical and practical results are the possibility to use the model of modernization integration to accelerate the technological development of domestic metallurgy and machine building, to expand the system of scientific views on the foundations of the structural policy of the industrial sector, is viewed in the unity of its institutional and technological aspects. Scientific novelty is the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of the structural policy of the industrial sector of Ukraine. The degree of implementation - the theoretical and scientific-methodological provisions of the study are used by the Department of Economic Development of the Odessa City Council (No. 469/01-41 of 09.03.2016), in the educational process of the Odessa National Economic University ( No. 14 of May 19, 2016 ). Sector (industry) use is the economy and management of the national economy.
