Kyvhyla I. Part of the agrarians-economists in building of the UkSSR agriculture (1921 - 1929): historiography

The author researches the content and part of the Ukrainian scientists-agrarians during the New Economic Period (NEP 1921 - 1929) in the building of the Ukrainian SSR agriculture. She carefully analysis the views of such prominent home agrarian economists as Vysochanskiy P., Hurevych M., Didusenko O., Kachynskiy V., Lozoviy A., Makarovskiy O., Nimchynov T., Podolskiy I. etc. It is stated that in spite of rather narrow range of problems in the works of those scientists, their historiographic value is defined by their high professionalism and critical view on the processes that took place at the credit cooperation in the Soviet times. The author proves that in Soviet times the system of agronomist assistance to peasantry had several states which were notable for their qualitative peculiarity and were bound with changes in socio economic policy of the Soviet government.
