Essay

Object of study: antimicrobial compositions with antibiotics, chemotherapy agents and auxiliaries. Aim: microbiological substantiation of the design of highly active antimicrobial compositions based on semisynthetic, synthetic and natural compounds for increasing the effectiveness of treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract of bacterial genesis. Methods of the research: technological, microbiological, mathematical and statistical. Equipment: Densi-La-Meter firm "Lahema" (Czech Republic), rotational viscosimeter "Reotest-2" (Germany), ionometer universal EV-74 (Ukraine), thermostat, autoclave, dry-heat oven, laboratory centrifuge, micro-anaerostat, gas-generating packages Generator GENbox microair ("BioMerieux", France), flasks, test tubes, pipettes, Petri dishes, etc. For the first time, 15 samples of new antimicrobial compositions based on antibiotics, chemotherapeutics and auxiliary substances of natural origin in the form of water-soluble granules with high bioavailability were developed. The effectiveness of the new composition No. 5 for the eradication of H. pylori associated with peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum has been microbiologically substantiated, which contains components in the following ratio by weight percent (wt.%): Amoxicillin 8.33; Nitazole 2.50; Decamethoxin 0.01; Glycyram 0.10; Pectin 10.00; Sorbic acid 0.40; Microcrystalline cellulose 20.00; Corn starch 20.00; Sugar up to 100. Was established of high antimicrobial activity against museum and clinical strains of intestinal infections causative agents of new composition No. 11, containing components in the following ratio (mass%): Norfloxacin 6.67; Nitazole 2.50; Decamethoxin 0.01; Glycyram 0.10; Pectin 10.00; Sorbic acid 0.40; Microcrystalline cellulose 20.00; Corn starch 20.00; Sugar up to 100. New compositions are characterized by a sufficiently high level of antibacterial and fungicidal activity, due to the combined effect of their components. This allows to significantly reducing the concentration of each of the antimicrobial agents included in its composition. Degree of implementation: 2 Ukraine patent for utility model, 1 guideline, 1 information letter, 3 implementation act. Scope (area) of application: medicine (microbiology, gastroenterology).
