Maslak M. The formation mechanism of intra-firm technology transfer based on the principles of entrepreneurship

The object of the research is the processes of intra-firm transfer of technologies at machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the research is to generalize theoretical foundations and to develop methodological recommendations and scientific and practical proposals for the formation of systems for ensuring efficient intra-firm transfer of technologies at machine-building enterprises. The methodological and theoretical foundations of the research were the fundamental positions of economic theory, scientific works and methodological developments of leading scientists on technology transfer problems.In the thesis formed a conceptual organizational and economic situation of the mechanism of intra-company transfers proprietary technologies of machine-building enterprise on the principles of entrepreneurship. The economic component of this mechanism consists of technical and economic performance of enterprises and the system of effects together to objectively evaluate the effect of the technology transfer process. Developed integrated standard-an index approach to determining the value of technologies for industrial use, which includes the standard (as determined by the basic cost of technological product) and the index (takes into account a wide range of market, economic and technical advantages of the technology) components. The proposed methods identify the vector of development of system of intrafirm technology transfer of an economic entity by comparing the internal capabilities of its development and the level of favorability of the external environment. Justified options for the development of technology transfer system machine-building enterprises on the basis of a scenario approach.
