Essay

Dissertation is devoted to defining the role of somatic pathology, namely allergic diseases, mechanisms of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis in children 6 - 18 years and pathogenetic substantiation of application of ozone therapy based on clinical, experimental and laboratory studies using the proposed method of treatment. The high prevalence and retsydy frequently (3-5 times a year) HRAS have been established in children with allergic diseases. As a result of experimental studies the changes in endothelial and inducible nitric oxide synthase fraktsiy were identified in modeling and treating aphthous defects of oral mucosa in experimental animals, as an important element of the pathogenesis of HRAS. Conducted within the framework of the dissertation, experimental, clinical and laboratory research allowed to prove the developed treatments using ozone therapy, adjusting state microbiota of the oral cavity, raise the status of non-specific resistance, improve blood rheology in the microvasculature of oral mucosa, thereby epithelialization defeat elements by HRAS and preventing its recurrence. This established that significant differences between the local application of ozone monotherapy and combination ozone therapy with medications weren't observe
