The dissertation is devoted to defining the role of local dysimmunity, biocenosis of the oral cavity on the background of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) of children in the mechanisms of the cavity of mucosal lesions of the mouth and substantiation methods of correction and prevention in different periods of development of ALL on the basis of clinical and biochemical studies using the developed therapeutic-prophylactic complex (TPC). It is researched that in the oral cavity of children with ALL it is observed the most severe damage in the form of erosive and ulcerative (42,5%), necrotizing (11,9%) and thrush (85,5%) in the opening acute period and in the period of relapse of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The peculiarities of biocenosis in the oral cavity of children with generalized chronic catarrhal gingivitis, erosive and ulcerative thrush in the background oncohematological pathology are defined and it is determined the direct dependence of the degree of dysbiosis on the severity and the period of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is investigated expressed inflammatory, decongestants and antifungal effects in the oral cavity after application of the developed therapeutic and prophylactic complexes with the usage of lysozyme-containing mouthrinse, kvertsetin- and polyphenol mucosal gels, antiseptic with a mixture of alkaloids of sanguinarine and chelerythrine, probiotic, keratoplasty and antifungal drugs in different periods of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with the help of clinical, biochemical, immunological and biophysical studies.
