Organizational and functional structure of military prosecutor's offices in Ukraine has been considered. The current state and place of administrative and legal regulation in the system of legal principles of the formation of military prosecutor's offices in Ukraine have been determined. The powers of military prosecutor's offices in implementing supervision over the observance and application of laws in the defense industry have been specified. The essence of the authorities of military prosecutor's offices in representing the interests of citizens and the state in courts in the military sphere has been revealed. The author has outlined the powers of military prosecutor's offices in supervising the observance of laws by the agencies that conduct operative and search activities and carry out pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. The specificity of the powers of military prosecutor's offices in supervising the implementation of anti-corruption legislation and combating corruption has been clarified.
