Trukhachova K. Ensuring balanced performance of business enterprises

The object of the research is the processes of ensuring balanced performance of business activities of hospitality enterprises. The subject of the research is theoretical, scientific-methodical and applied aspects of ensuring the balanced performance of business activities of hospitality enterprises. The thesis is devoted to improvement of theoretical provisions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations to ensuring balanced performance of business enterprises. In the process of solving the tasks, the following methods of scientific research were used: theoretical generalization, system analysis, abstract-logical analysis, morphological analysis; systematization and epistemological analysis; matrix method and method of chain substitutions; cluster analysis; graphic method; method of comparative comprehensive rating estimation. It is proposed to consider the principle of balance in ensuring the performance of business activities of the enterprise, as a complex consideration of the coherence of resource opportunities on the criterion of the greatest economic benefit. A scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the performance of business activities of the enterprise on a matrix model is developed. Substantiated scientific and methodical approach to complex estimation of resource possibilities of hospitality enterprises. The main theoretical generalizations, conclusions and proposals contained in the dissertation are of scientific and applied importance and used by the Department of Investment, Tourism and Resort Activities and Industrial Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration, the hotel "Angelina", the hotel "Gostiny Dvor" ("Family Comfort" ), The hotel "Bordо" (PE "Business House BORDO"), Kherson National Technical University.
