Redko K. State strategy for the management of special legal regimes of economic activity

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and proposes a new solution to the scientific and applied problem concerning the theoretical and practical principles substantiation of the state strategy management formation of special legal regimes of economic activity in the national economy. According to the results of scientific research the following basic principles, conclusions and recommendations are formulated. The foreign experience of the creation and operation of the SLREA has been studied and it has been demonstrated that this is the form of influence on the development of individual regions, and through them, on the economy of the country as a whole. The attitude of the local executive authorities of the regions in which the SLREA was created has been investigated and it has been proved that the creation of SLREA is useful and the decision of the Government and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to eliminate the mechanisms for stimulating their development was false.
