The administrative and legal status of public associations in the field of education has been formed. The normative and legal support of public associations in the field of education in Ukraine was revealed.The administrative duties and administrative rights of public associations in the field of education are identified. A comparative analysis of the experience of the EU member states has been conducted, which has determined that public associations in the field of education are the main force that effectively responds to the needs of society in educational services. The legislation on the administrative and legal status of public associations in the field of education has been improved, through the introduction of numerous amendments and additions to the laws of Ukraine.
