The dissertation presents the results of a research on the solution of an important scientific problem, which consists in developing a model of cyclic plasticity for describing the elasto-plastic deformation of metallic materials, which allows calculating the kinetics of the stress-strain state of a material under a cyclic nonproportional stress-controlled loading.
