The thesis is devoted to substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the investment support of effective functioning of farm enterprises at the grain market. It reveals the economic substance of the grain market, organizational and economic principles of its development in modern conditions, summarizes the theoretical bases of the investment support as a means to the effective functioning of farm enterprises at the grain market, substantiates methodical approaches to formation of an investment support for effective functioning of these enterprises. The paper analyzes the present status and trends of development of domestic grain production, describes the main trends and sources of investment support for process of the functioning of agricultural enterprises at grain market, realizes estimation of the efficiency for process of the functioning of these enterprises. Algorithm of SEE-analysis, used and advanced by author for concrete situation, cans to facilitate the implementation of effective levels for processes of functioning and development of farm enterprises as systems. This algorithm is based on a defined mechanism. It has been substantiated the strategy of investment support for agricultural enterprises of Vinnitsa region in an innovative the basis, proposed directions for improvement of the investment support for processes of functioning of farm enterprises at the grain market. It has been implemented applied aspects for metrology of the force of investment support these enterprises. It has been made a suggestions for improving the system of state support and regulation of investment processes of farm enterprises at the grain market within the competence of the NIS (National Innovation System), based on the need of government regulation. These proposals allow of the implementation of the force of investment support for the effective functioning of the agricultural enterprises of the grain market.
