It is proved that the subject of the study of administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of a person in ensuring the state security of Ukraine there are guarantees of the protection of the rights of the person. The administrative-legal relations in the field of guaranteeing the rights of the person in the provision of state security are revealed. Generalized international and foreign experience of administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of the person in ensuring state security. The legislation in the area of administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of a person in ensuring the state security in Ukraine has been improved.
