Bodnarchuk O. Administrative and legal regulation in the field of social protection of children's rights

The thesis is a scientific study of administrative and legal regulation in the field of social protection of children's rights. A number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations formulated as a result of the complex study of the administrative and legal regulation of social protection of children's rights are outlined. The concept-categorical apparatus in the sphere of social protection of children's rights has been improved, namely: "social protection of children's rights", "administrative-legal regulation of social protection of children's rights", "mentor", "patronage over a child". The components of legal protection in the field of social protection of children's rights are analyzed and clarified. The peculiarities of social protection of certain categories of children: orphan children and children deprived of parental care are investigated. The main problems of social protection of the rights of children in Ukraine are outlined, the experience of foreign states regarding the regulation of social protection of children rights is investigated, prospective directions of its implementation in Ukraine are proposed.
