The object of the study is the process of implementing economic forms of corporate environmental responsibility implementation. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles for the implementation of economic forms of implementation of environmental responsibility of corporations. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop scientific and practical recommendations on the implementation of economic forms of corporate responsibility for environmental liability. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the main provisions outlined in the thesis are brought to the level of practical recommendations. In the process of work, the following methods are used: monographic, methods of scientific synthesis , system-structural.
