The thesis is based on the theory of administrative law, local and foreign laws and practical achievements of public administration entities. There are new scientific problem solving of development administrative tools in the administrative and legal regulation of administrative and legal status of Ministry of Justice in Ukraine. The theoretical and legal aspects of the administrative-legal status of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine were revealed. The administrative duties of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine were revealed. The administrative rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine were analyzed. It has been improved administrative responsibility in administrative activity of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The international and foreign experience of improving the administrative and legal support of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was analyzed. It has been proposed concrete proposals for improving the administrative and legal support of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
