The scientific content of the administrative and legal aspects of the concepts of the reform of the judiciary has been improved. The natural and legal nature of the special principles of administrative and legal support for the reform of the judiciary and the administrative and legal status of the subjects of public administration that carry out the reform of local courts in Ukraine are revealed. The forms of administrative activity of public administration concerning the reform of local courts in Ukraine as external ways of expressing certain actions by a special judicial administration are revealed. The legal nature of the methods of administrative activity of the special public administration in the field of ensuring the reform of local courts in Ukraine is revealed. The experience of the European Union countries on the compliance of domestic legislation with the EU standards has been analyzed.
