The dissertation is devoted to study of administrative-legal regulation of waste management. Analyzed the concept, objectives, Genesis of the legal framework of the state policy. The construction waste as the object of administrative-legal regulation and formulated definitions of its concepts. The statistical data indicate an unsatisfactory condition of waste management. Noted that a larger number of areas of law, norms which regulate social relations in the sphere of waste management, in the activities of public authorities, administrative relations and administrative responsibility plays an important role of modern administrative law. The analysis of the activities forms and methods of activity of public authorities. Characterized by legal and administrative relations and analysed the legal regimes, the proposed new or refined definitions of a number of administrative-legal categories and concepts.
