Koliusheva O. English administrative legal terminology in administrative law of Ukraine

The scientific value of the thesis research is that for the first time in native science of administrative law at monographic level, considering the provisions of current legislation, international legal standards and law enforcement practices, a scientific research of English administrative and legal terminology in administrative law of Ukraine was conducted. This paper determines the role of English administrative and legal terminology in modern administrative law of Ukraine. English administrative and legal terminology is a part of the legal terminology. This thesis is devoted to complex research of English administrative and legal terminology in administrative law of Ukraine. The features of the administrative and legal terminology of civil law were analyzed. Administrative and legal terminology of civil law as a scientific category has the following features: a complex system of terms; hierarchy; structurally organized unit; refer to the general and specific concepts; and use compounding and abbreviation to define the terms.
