Essay

The object of study - parameters is clay-cement silicate solution and ratio of the stress-deformed state of the weak soil when fixing clay-cement vertical elements. Purpose of the study - clay-cement-silicate solutions for fixing the fixing bases foundation with drill-mixing technology. Purpose - is to study the effect of additives of bentonite and liquid glass on the strength, deformability and other properties of clay-cement fixing of the weak base to confirm the high level of reliability of the fixed massif. Methods: analysis of existing methods of fixing the subgrade bases foundation, experimental search for the composition of a soil-cement mixture with additives of bentonite and liquid glass to ensure the adequacy of fixing with the use of drilling-mixing technology, the determination of the strength and deformation characteristics of samples of fixed soil in the laboratory conditions and in nature, carrying out test and test calculations using numerical modeling to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method of fixing. Novelty -Analytical proposed an integrated approach to the initial estimate of necessary fixing weak bases shallow foundation according to the quality of the individual layers of soil and their angle of inclination in the natural state and a water-saturated, the regularities of the influence of the composite composition of the soil-cement mixture with the additions of bentonite and liquid glass on their physico-mechanical properties (strength, modulus of deformation), It was proposed using the methods of numerical simulation the method for optimizing the stress-strain state of a weak base fixed by vertical elements, taking into account the construction of the foundations of shallow laying, the arrangement of the elements themselves in the base and the possible change in the quality of the base in time.
