Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and elaboration of practical recommendations concerning process of the informal sector of economy of Ukraine legalization. Scientific approach for studying the essence and functions of the informal sector of the economy is suggested. Scales of the informal sector of the economy are estimated. Theoretical grounding of the context and structure of the state mechanism on regulating the process of the informal sector of economy legalization is improved. Systematization of the components of influence, aims, forms and methods of regulating is conducted.
