Krukevych O. Implementation of Justice in Criminal Proceedings Involving Minors

The thesis deals with the implementation of justice in criminal proceedings involving minors. The author studies the normative framework, law enforcement trends and issues in the context of the law enforcement among the studied topic. The thesis examines the scientific and practical principles of the implementation of justice in criminal proceedings involving minors. The genesis and institutional preconditions for the implementation of justice in criminal proceedings with the participation of minors are also analyzed. The author formulates the definition of justice in criminal proceedings, justice in criminal proceedings and judicial review of criminal proceedings involving minors. It has been developed the classification and definition of international legal standards for ensuring the rights of minors in criminal proceedings. In this thesis author proposes ways of solving the problematic issues in the area of observance of the rights of minor suspects, accused, victims and witnesses during the administration of justice in criminal proceedings. The author makes suggestions on the improvement of criminal procedural legislation in order to optimize the conditions for the administration of justice in criminal proceedings involving minors.
