The dissertation work solves scientific & applied problematic tasks to support decision-making in order to enhance learning and improve the quality of educational services in Ukrainian higher educational institutions and create a model-based analytical processing of multidimensional data warehouse. Methods of learning process and analytical processing of consolidated results for students' knowledge evaluation were grounded, as well as for training of highly qualified specialists by institution of higher education, using information technology and professional knowledge improvement of domain experts.
