The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of self-employed persons labor activity in Ukraine. In this work examined the legal nature of self-employed persons, made retrospective analysis of self-employed persons in Ukraine and described the current state of legal regulation of their labor activity. Found a system of principles of self-employed persons labor activity in Ukraine. Explored guarantees of self-employed persons labor activity in Ukraine. Done theoretical and legal description of their content. Established problems of legal regulation of self-employed persons labor activity and provided suggestions for their solution. Formed ways of adoption positive foreign experience in the study area.
