Golovach E. The formation of crisis management mechanism in agricultural enterprises

Purpose: to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of crisis management in agricultural enterprises. Object: the process improvement of mechanism for crisis management in agricultural enterprises. Research methods: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic, analysis and synthesis, sociological studies, mathematical and economic modeling, synergy. Theoretical results: created the basis for further enriching the theoretical and methodological foundations to improve the mechanism of crisis management in agricultural enterprises. Practical results: methodological approaches and practical recommendations on improving the prevention of crises in agricultural enterprises and implementation of effective crisis management. Scientific novelty: reasonably methodical approach to assessing the likelihood and consequences of the crisis in agricultural enterprises using Logit-model, based on unambiguous interpretation of the results and the lack of so-called "areas of uncertainty", reduces subjectivity estimates to predict the crisis and takes anti-crisis solution in terms of a binary choice (two alternatives).
