Essay

Objective: to justify the theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of innovation comprehensive utilization of waste of the food industry. Object: the process of formation and maintenance of innovation efficiency of complex use of wastes of the food industry. Research methods: abstract-logical, monographic, economic-statistical modeling. Theoretical results: created the basis for further enrichment of the theoretical-methodological basis and practical recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of innovation comprehensive utilization of waste of the food industry. Practical results: the developed research-based recommendations for improving the effectiveness of innovation comprehensive utilization of waste of the food industry. Scientific novelty: on the basis of the author's invention, the estimation of complex use of wastes of food industry and proven effectiveness of the implementation of this type of feed in the feeding of young cattle, which allows to achieve increase in volume of livestock production (cattle growth) while minimizing production costs. Level of implementation: Department of agricultural development of Kitsman district state administration, LLC "Vladik feed", SPK "Zarya" FKH "Agroinnovatsia", ZNAEU. Efficiency: the results of the study contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of innovation comprehensive utilization of waste of the food industry. Application area: Central and local Executive authorities, local governments, educational institutions, enterprises of food industry.
