Essay

It is proved that determination termorezystentnosti vital abutment teeth at the planning stage of orthopedic treatment, is an important criterion for the choice of structural materials and structures proposed non-removable made of zirconia milling method, proved most effective for its insulating properties. In patients with established metal-free restorations based on zirconium dioxide, produced by milling, health indicators index for OHI-S for Green-Vermillion and periodontal status on indesom gingivitis in terms of observations 12-18 months is likely no different from that of the control group, confirming the results of clinical observations. The results of measurements of the thickness of the cement ledge space in the area by electron microscopy revealed the highest precision fit frameworks milled from zirconium dioxide exclusion due process violations in the design and manufacture. The data obtained in clinical and laboratory studies indicate high efficiency of the proposed differentiated approach to the selection of construction material to fill defects of crowns of teeth and dentition, dependence as orthopedic designs the technology of their production. Precision manufacturing frames using digital technology prevents technical errors, thereby increasing the efficiency of orthopedic treatment.
