The object of research is a process of economic mechanism of factoring of commercial enterprises. Subject of research - theoretical and methodical, organizational and practical aspects of the economic mechanism of factoring of commercial enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to study of theoretical and methodological approaches and developing scientific recommendations on the formation of economic mechanism of factoring of commercial enterprises. The practical significance of the results is that research and development and proposals brought to the thesis of methodological support economic mechanism of factoring trade enterprises in Ukraine. In the process the following methods are used: a critical analysis of abstraction and generalization of scientific experience modern theoretical studies, structural and dynamic analysis, ratio analysis. Scientific novelty of the results is the theoretical and methodological basis and solving problems related to the formation of economic mechanism of factoring of commercial enterprises. The scope of use are domestic commercial enterprises.
