The paper defined periods of administrative and legal regulation of state enterprises. The concept, described the types and values of public enterprises. The essence and content of the administrative and legal regulation of state enterprises. Separately analyzed the main methods of administrative-legal regulation of public enterprises and found competent authority of the administrative and legal regulation of state enterprises. Foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of the entities based on State property. Grounded specific conclusions and suggestions for improving the current legislation of state enterprises.
