Essay

The object of research is the control of the state of multiply connected geoinformation systems (MCGS). Purpose - to increase the level of topological observability multiply geographic information systems by creating a faster and more efficient information technology and its analysis optimizatsii. Methods: methods of mathematical modeling, GIS technology, graph theory; search of maximum matching on a bichromatic graph. Teoretichni results: for the first time developed a method of optimization of topological observability multiply geoinformation system, geoinformation formalized in its parameter space (GPP), through the creation of a system of rules Transformation of the GPP into the classical bichromatic graph, carrying out for this graph analysis and optimization of the ur vnya opologichnoi observability and its reverse transformation into a mathematical model of MCGS, which allows more quickly choose the optimal mathematical model and data components of MCGS, which will provide it given, including Complete, topological observability; first developed an information analysis and optimization technology of topological observability multiply geographic information system, which allows you to identify and raise the level of topological observability of the system and allows you to more quickly and efficiently select the mathematical model and data components of MCGS, which will provide the level of topological observability; improved method of formalizing the analytical and algorithmic dependencies between parameters multiply geoinformation system by combining mathematical models integration technology processes geoinformation systems and technologies formalization of dependencies in the parameter space of geoinformation systems, allowing them to expedite the process of formalization in a single geographic information model. Practical results: algorithm analysis and optimization of topological observability multiply geographic information systems and software tools for the effective formalization of mathematical models of processes in multiply geographic information systems in the form of geoinformation system parameter space with its subsequent transformation into a bichromatic graph and optimize the topological observability of the system. Degree of implementation: the results of the research are implemented in the Vinnytsya regional water resources management department, at the company "Analitika" and the educational process of the Vinnytsia National Technical University. Sphere (area) of application - сontrol of natural and engineering networks.
