Li C. The mechanism of state support components of the electricity industry

The thesis is devoted to solving so scientific and applied problem as further development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations on electricity components state support mechanism formation in Ukraine and China. Methodological support for determine the impact of electric power development state support which allows to bring extensive nature of the industry due to lack of state support is developed. The methodical approach to the assessment of the electricity industry objects state which allows defining expediency of state support for the industry and making targeted programs to support the industry is developed. Methodical approach to Energy Strategy realization in Ukraine which distributes management decisions in three stages of reform, modernization and corporate development, integration and innovative updates that will ensure consistent strategies through administrative actions and rational allocation of resources is developed. Criteria composition for electricity sector state support components assessing which are included criteria of regulatory impact leverage economic efficiency and innovation criterion is supplemented. Organizational component of electricity state support mechanism in Ukraine which is based on the submission of short-term goals of energy facilities long-term priorities of the industry as a whole is improved. This allows differentiating planning documents for long-term and short-term.
