Thesis deals with the specifics of Ukrainian folk song and its impact on professional traditions in Lviv vocal school of the second half of the twentieth century - the beginning of. Defined as Ukrainian folk song (mentally close to the singer, phonetically convenient, physiologically natural technically easy) and analyses its influence on the formation of the singer, and the possibility of vocal skills singing folklore means. Determined folk song and music part of the culture of Galicia which is presented in the following areas: the art and the stage of activity, performance interpretation, style and composer in musical and educational spheres.
