Object - gastroduodenal pathology in children of school age; goal - is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children on the basis of establishing the relationship between the type of gastroduodenal zone, the status of systemic circulation and microcirculation with correction of revealed violations; methods - clinical, sociometric, an-thropometric, laboratory, instrumental, statistical; results - there are established the features of peripheral microcirculation in children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology associated with changes in blood flow in the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum, significantly more often they were found in children with chronic erosive and chronic hyperplastic gastroduode-nitis; it is proved that the evaluation of the state of the capillaries of the nail bed in children with the use of temperature and oc-clusion probes makes it possible to indirectly evaluate the endothelial function in microvessels; correlations between the parame-ters of peripheral microcirculation, systemic circulation, degree of involvement of the gastric mucosa, the state of the autonomic nervous system; it is justified that the addition of L-arginine hydrochloride to the basic therapy of chronic gastroduodenitis leads to a more rapid leveling of clinical manifestations, the optimization of the state of microcirculation of the gastric mucosa.7452
