Object - course of neonatal period in newborns with perinatal clinical signs; goal - to increase the effectiveness of neonatal of perinatal pathology by optimizing the methods of diagnosis and treatment of functional state of the CVS due justification main directions of pathogenetic correction considering a comprehensive study of the diagnostic value of indicators of biochemical spectra-ru blood and systems prooxidant/antioxidant body; methods - questionnaires, personal, general clinical examination, biochemical blood tests; research indicators oxidative and antioxidant systems, ultrasonography; results - the thesis is devoted to the improvement of the complex of diagnostics and treatment of the functional state of the CVS in newborns with perinatal pathology by determining the diagnostic information of the biochemical blood spectrum indicators, the free radical oxidation system and the body's antioxidant defense system with the development of a corresponding therapeutic correction package using the metabolic correction tool; in the scientific work, an in depth understanding of the risk factors and pathogenetic links in the development of functional disorders of the CVS in newborns with perinatal pathology, taking into account the history, gestational period and maternity in the mother, determines the clinical characteristics and the optimal volume of additional examination methods for diagnosing the degree of severity of the pathology; it was found that in the realization of the harmful effect of ante/perinatal risk factors, a premorbid background is formed in children after birth, which is characterized by an imbalance in the pro-and antioxidant systems of the organism under conditions of hypoxia and maternal oxidative stress, which is one of the pathogenetic links in the onset of homeostatic changes that cause Severity of violations of the functional state of the cardiovascular system with perinatal pathology and are confirmed by cardiospecific indices; the effectiveness of inclusion in the protocols of treatment of newborns who have cardiovascular disorders in the complex of clinical signs of perinatal pathology, Cytoflavin, has been proved, which allowed recommending it for introduction into practice of intensive care units of newborns in obstetrical institutions.
