The object: the management of costs of industrial enterprise; the goal - to develop and reasoning of the theoretical basis and methodological approaches for information-methodical providing of process of cost management in industrial enterprises and the developing of recommendations for their adaptation to the steel plants; methods - dialectical method of knowledge and observation, logical, historical and dialectical, classification and analytical, structural and logical, economical and statistical, graphical, comparative and factor analysis, theoretical generalization, systematization of empirical research, systematic and logical approach; novelty - is in development and substantiation of theoretical basis and methodical approaches to information-methodical maintenance of process of cost management in industry, the development of recommendations for their use in steel mills; results - development of scientific methodologically completed recommendations on the information-methodical providing of process of costs management in industrial enterprises and developing of recommendations for their adaptation for the metallurgical enterprises; implemented - Joint Venture Company "Pancom-Un" as LTD (certificate number 25 of 20.01.2014), (Company with additional liability) TzDV "Gal-Kat" (certificate number 03-25.04 of 25.04.2016), in teaching process in Odessa National Polytechnic University MES of Ukraine (certificate number 1074/05-06 of 27.04.2016).
