2. object is natural resources management as a system phenomenon of the set of relations between the economy and the natural environment, which forms the potential prerequisites for its separation as a segment of the national economy of Ukraine; The goal is the scientific substantiation of theoretical provisions and the development of methodological approaches and recommendations on the formation of institutional and organizational support for natural resources management as a segment of the national economy of Ukraine; Methods are abstract logical analysis, induction and deduction, dialectical and comparative analysis, detailing, methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis, methods of system approach and synthesis, analytical modeling; Novelty is the solution of the scientific task of deepening the theoretical positions and organizational and methodological foundations of institutional and organizational support for the policy of sustainable development of natural resources management in Ukraine; The results are practically tested in the consultative process for the preparation of the Draft Strategy for Sustainable Development of Ukraine until 2030, the adaptation and localization in Ukraine of the Development Agenda to 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine (certificate of the All-Ukrainian Ecological League No. 45 / 05-1 of 18.05. 2016), introduction of recommendations in applied developments of the Institute for Market Problems and Economic and Environmental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (act of implementation of 16.03.2016) and in the work of the Environmental Safety Administration of the Odessa City Council (Reference No. 791 on d September 21, 2009 and No. 987 of October 14, 2010), in educational processes: Odessa State Ecological University (reference No. 05-06 / 233 of 23.03.2015) and Odessa National Polytechnic University (reference No. 1199 / 71-06 of May 16, 2016)
