Zavgorodnia N. Restoration of ZnS, other raw materials, utilization of the making fulfilled television kinescopes and computer monitors

Dissertation work is devoted to development of technology of restoration of inorganic substances from katodolyuminofor, their utilization and glass of the fulfilled television kinescopes and computer monitors. Thermodynamic and pilot studies determined the main regularities of dissolution of powder of katodolyuminofor with ZnS basis in solution of hydrochloric acid and further sedimentation from this solution of the restored zinc sulfide. Kinetic indicators of reactions of dissolution and sedimentation which are used during the developing of technological process of restoration of inorganic substances of the fulfilled katodolyuminofor, the choice of type and determination of intensity of the reactor are defined. Pilot studies on use of the restored sulfide of zinc, screen and conic glass in production of glass ceramics, a steklopodobny glazed covering and silicate brick are conducted. Sequence of decisions for development of the process flow diagram of restoration of inorganic substances from katodolyuminofor, their utilization and glass of the fulfilled television kinescopes and computer monitors in expedient productions are offered.
