Roik O. The Innovative Transformation of Social Policy of Ukraine

The object of study - the process of innovative transformation of Ukraine's social policy. The purpose of researchthe - is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop scientific and practical recommendations on innovative transformation of social policy. Methods of research. We used methods: historical, system-structural, spatial analysis, logical generalization, synthesis, comparison, induction and deduction, economic-statistical, strategic analysis, software-target method. The scientific novelty of the thesis is determined by the following results. Improved: theoretical provisions for determining the essence of the concept of "innovative transformation of social policy"; Methodological provisions on the evaluation of institutional and economic instruments of innovative transformation of social policy; Methodical approaches to assessing the level of innovative transformation of social policy at the macro- and meso-level. Were further developed: assessment of dynamics and trends of macroeconomic development in the context of world experience of innovative transformation of social policy; Priority directions of innovative transformation of social policy of Ukraine; Conceptual basis of the organizational and economic mechanism of the innovative transformation of Ukraine's social policy; Methodical approach to the selection and formation of programs of innovative transformation of Ukraine's social policy. The results of the dissertation research have found practical application in the activities of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Lviv Regional State Administration, the Scientific and Technological Council of the Regional Agglomeration "Drogobichchina", the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, the V.
