Essay

The thesis is devoted to the increase of efficiency of the process of decision-making support during hazardous cargoes transportation based on the implementation of informational technology for decision-making support in case of emergency. Operational models for monitoring system control by hazardous cargoes transportation, based on systematic approach and life cycle programming method, by implementing systemic requirements of target parameters and characteristics of complex automation and by adapting to particular field that has provided the base for creating a system of decision-making support are improved. This informational technology and models of the process of decision-making support provide the growth of operational abilities in order to increase the efficiency of reaction to possible emergency situations during hazardous cargoes transportation.
