Fesenko A. The investigation of the enforcement or failure to comply with civil obligations

The thesis contains a comprehensive analysis of the legal, theoretical, organizational and tactical basis of the activity of investigative and operational units of the National police of Ukraine that arise the process of investigating of the enforcement or failure to comply with civil obligations. Solved the following tasks: formulated the concept of coercion to perform or not civil obligations, highlighted the causes and trends of intervention in their implementation of criminal gangs, given the gaps in legal regulation of these relations; the basic elements of criminalistics characteristics of the enforcement or failure to comply with civil obligations.
