Danilov M. Labor contract under the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union countries

The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of the labor contract in Ukraine and the European Union countries. In this work examined the legal nature of the labor contract, analyzed the genesis of legal regulation of the labor contract, revealed features of the current state of the legal regulation of the labor contract in Ukraine and the EU countries. Characterized the concept and importance of implementation of European law norms on labor contract in labor law of Ukraine. Explored the specificity of the legal mechanism of implementation of European rules on the labor contract of national labor legislation. Found problems in the field of legal regulation of the labor contract and provided suggestions for their solution. Formed ways of borrowing in Ukraine EU experience in the field of legal regulation of the labor contract.
