Object - processes of ensuring the efficiency of rail transport in the national economy. Goal - development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for ensuring the efficiency of the development of rail transport in the modern system of the national economy of Ukraine in the context of realizing the tasks of reviving the economic potential of the domestic economy.
