Essay

The thesis includes synthesis, studies of bulk structure and micellization of triblock copolymers with chemically complementary blocks PEO and PAAm and amphiphilic di- and triblock copolymers based on (MO)PEO and PCL. Mechanisms of block copolymers micelles self-assembling in aqueous and aqueous-organic medium were shown and various morphology of micellar structures was established. Based on two types of block copolymers, novel micellar nanocarriers for poorly soluble drugs prednisolon and vitamin E were created and the mechanisms of drugs encapsulation were investigated. The high efficiency, biocompatibility and nontoxicity of created micellar carriers for vitamin E were proved.
