The thesis is devoted to improving the treatment of chronic gingivitis in children with non-removable orthodontic equipment by developing preventive measures based on the study of clinical and laboratory tests (microbiological, immunological, cytological parameters and markers of bone remodeling) and correction of violations in the treatment. As a result of studies found a hierarchical order of etiological factors that affect the appearance of inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues during orthodontic treatment and demonstration of their peaks.
