Dissertation is devoted to comprehensive review of theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal grounds of the activity of local government bodies of Ukraine on combating raiding. Suggestions on improving existing regulations and developing new ones to respond to the sphere of combating raiding at the regional level taking into account international requirements and standards were formulated.
