Essay

The object is the processes of formation and use of goodwill by the enterprises of food industry. The purpose is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations for improving accounting and analysis of goodwill in the food industry enterprises. Methods are generally scientific and specific: summarizing, grouping, comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, survey, expert analysis, historical, factor analysis, economics and mathematics, graphic. The results are realized by improving the theory and practice of accounting and analysis of goodwill of enterprises in the part of formation of the organizational and methodological principles that make it possible to generate information about the intangible assets of the company and effectively manage them. The novelty lies in the development of scientific and practical recommendations aimed to improve the accounting of goodwill and methodical bases of its analysis in order to obtain information for the forming and managing the value of the company. Introduced in the activity of: JSC "Dubnomoloko", JSC "Tera", JSC "Agro-Products", SE "Dinther Ukraine Rock" LLC "Dinther Ukraine", "Xoanon Analytics AB" (Sweden), West Territorial Administration of the National Commission of Securities and Stock market in Ternopil region, Ternopil national economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of food industry enterprises.
