Essay

Thesis research is concerned with designing and making processing equipment and instruments for machines that mill and mix fodder for livestock. In order to solve the set tasks we have conducted a complex of theoretical and experimental investigations of the processes of milling and mixing fodder. Analytic dependencies for the determination of power, design and process parameters of processing equipment and tooling have been developed. Investigation of the influence of a number of revolutions, filling coefficient of a hopper and other parameters on the efficiency and on the quality of feed mix has been conducted.
