Essay

The thesis is devoted to: the improvement of operational characteristics of the electropneumatic actuator of clutch in heavy trucks and buses; the development of construction of acting mechanism of clutch control actuator; the development of construction of an acceleration valve; the search of ways for optimization the operation of the control algorithm of the electropneumatic actuator of clutch. The workflow of the electro-pneumatic clutch drive control is discussed and studied in the given thesis. The actuator of the clutch with an acceleration valve was proposed. The proposed a new relationships between the structural elements of the acceleration valve makes it possible to simultaneously develop the necessary rapidity of action of the drive as well as the high accuracy of regulation when using only two electro-pneumatic valves. When the thesis applied the methods of collecting and analyzimg information; for research workflows processes of electro-pneumatic valves - methods of mathematical modeling; in methods of measurement of physical quantities were used in experimental research. The practical significance of the thesis is confirmed by acts of implementation by enterprises of Ukraine: State Enterprise "Kharkiv Automobile Plant", PJSC "Volchansk Aggregate plant" and Open Society "Ukrainian institute of bus and trolley -building" (OJSC "Ukravtobusprom").
